Joey Randhawa
TEAM LEADER
Joey Randhawa is the President of Randhawa Built. For 20 years, he has been responsible for the design, construction, and sales of over 50 single-family houses in Falls Church City, working on over 100 deals in Northern Virginia. He enjoys the satisfaction of envisioning an idea, designing the plan, and seeing the construction progress every day towards the joy of a finished product and a happy client.
Randhawa Built was founded by Deep and Simran Randhawa. Both architects wanted to start their own firm after working for many years with prominent architects & developers. Since 1978, they have been responsible for designing and building dozens of estates in McLean and Potomac. Joey was born and raised in McLean, Virginia. He received his BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.
In addition to leading Randhawa Built, he is the co-founder of REP Real Estate Partners, a real estate brokerage, and owner of Little City Homes, a development firm. He currently lives in the City of Falls Church with his wife and three children.

Deep & Simran Randhawa
OUR FOUNDERS
Randhawa Built was founded by Deep and Simran Randhawa, architects who built their reputation working in leading architecture firms before establishing their own practice.
Since 1978, they have designed and built homes across McLean and Potomac, shaping the standard the company upholds today.
